According to avespr if two atoms come as central atom ,the one with more no. of valence electron is considered. But what about CH3CL??
Why carbon is the central atom in CH3Cl instead of Cl as it is more electronegative than carbon and also has more electrons in its valance shell ?
it is said that in the valence shell of lithium one proton is pulling one electron and in berilium two protons are pulling two electrons. but the atomic radius of lithium is bigger than berilium.if the amount of attraction according to their valency will be equal. then why?
