According to Dr B.R. Ambedkar, which of the following is the 'heart' and 'soul' of our Constitution?
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar called 'right to constitutional remedies' as ‘heart and soul of the constitution’. It was given such importance because any right given without a remedy is worthless. Thus, the framers of our constitution adopted the special provisions in the article 32 which provided remedies to the violated fundamental rights of a citizen.
