From the given formula
H=I2Rt
We can write that,
ΔHH=2ΔII+ΔRR+Δtt
For percentage error
ΔHH×100=(2ΔII+ΔRR+Δtt)×100
From the data given in the question,

Δ HH×100=(2×3)+4+6=16 %
Thus, option (c) is the correct answer.
