By Joule's Law, heat produced
$Q = I^{2} R t$
Also, $R = ρ l / A$
$\Rightarrow Q = I^{2} \frac{ρ l}{A} t$
So, heat produced in the resistor depends on current, resistance, resistivity, time, length of resistor, area of cross section of resistor. But, there is no dependence of heat produced on temperature.
