Question

According to the electromagnetic theory of Maxwell when a charged particle moves under the influence of attractive forces loses energy continuously in the form of electromagnetic radiation.
So so if the electrons move around the nucleus in circular orbits all the electrons should fall into the nucleus which leads to instability of the atom.
Then how are molecules formed from these unstable atoms?
