But such temporary problems could be taken care of by the market mechanism through insurance and other self-paying programs, assisted of course by social-consciousness-driven enterprises."
A poverty-free world would still have differences between the upper and lower classes.
But, every man and woman would be able to take care of their basic needs. People would not die of hunger and disease. There would be significantly lesser cases of children dying from malnutrition.
