Effect of alcohol :

  1. Alcohol alters the cerebellum functioning of an individual.
  2. Cerebellum maintains the body function like balancing and other activities involving muscular co-ordination.
  3. In case of alcoholism the person will not be able to maintain bodily balance as the muscle coordination is lacking.
  4. Lack of muscle coordination can lead to clumsy walking by alcoholics.
