No doubt HF has greater hydrogen bond than water (H2O) but it yet has lower boiling point than water it is due to the reason because Water molecules in water are connected to other water compounds by hydrogen bonding which makes it to form a cage like structure and which is stronger.So it has high boiling point than HF>
