Accuracy means how close the measured value is near to the true value and precision is minimum of digits in the measurments
Ex: let actual; weight of the body is 100 N.
value given by some one is 99 kg.
and value given by some one is 98.999 kg
then 99 kg is accurate value and 98.999 is precised value.
