The correct option is B Stabilityof(II)ismorethen(I)
The resonating structure in which positive charge is present in the less electronegative atom is more stable. Since C is less electronegative than O, the positive charge present on C will make the resonating structure more stable. So I should be more stable than II.
But in case of structure 2 octate of every atom is complete so structure 2 is more stable than 1.
