0!+1!+2!+3!=1+1+2+6=10

So, the unit digit of (0!+1!+2!+3!)=0

If we multiply 10 with any number, the unit digit will always be 0 .

Thus, the unit digit of the given number will also be 0 .

Hence, option D is the correct answer.
