First adding 2 , we get $x$ + 2
Multiplying by 5, we get 5($x$ + 2) = 5$x$ + 10
Subtracting 10, we get 5$x$ + 10 - 10 = 5$x$
Now, dividing by 4, 5$x$$÷$ 4 = 15
5$x$ = 15$\times$4
5$x$ = 60
$x$ = 12
