$Given 2 x^{2} - 3 x + 1, 3 x^{2} - 2 x and 3 x + 7$

$Sum of 3 x^{2} - 2 x and 3 x + 7$

$= (3 x^{2} - 2 x) + (3 x + 7)$

$= 3 x^{2} - 2 x + 3 x + 7$

$= (3 x^{2} + x + 7)$

Now, required expression $= 2 x^{2} - 3 x + 1 + (3 x^{2} + x + 7)$

$= 2 x^{2} + 3 x^{2} - 3 x + x + 1 + 7$

$= 5 x^{2} - 2 x + 8$
