Total frictional force on any object depends on the roughness of the contact surfaces and normal force(for horizontal motion normal force is equal to the weight of the object) on the object. So even if you increase number of wheels then total weight of the car(i.e. normal force on the car) will not change. Also roughness of the contact surfaces will remain same as before. So, total frictional force will not change if we introduce an extra wheel to the car.
