The correct option is A 5
Adil has in total ₹40.
Each packet costs ₹8.
∴ Cost price of 1 packet = ₹8

Similarly,
Cost price of 2 packets = 8× 2=16

Cost price of 3 packets = 8× 3=24

As we can see, the number of packets is a factor of ₹40.

If we continue in the same process, we get
the cost price of 5 packets as 8× 5=40

Or we can also see that 40÷ 8=5

∴ Adil buys 5 milk packets.
