Aditya was awed to know the different components of blood. He asked the doctor, “How does blood reach different parts of the body?” The doctor replied that within our body there are ‘specialised’ tube-like structures which channelise the flow of blood and take them to different parts of the body. They are known as:
Blood vessels
Blood flows through the blood vessels and reaches every part of the body. These vessels connect almost every part of the body, reaching almost every tissue. For example, vein, artery, and capillary.
