It is given that if the ball is dropped from a height of $x$ metres, then it rebounds to a height of $\frac{4 x}{5}$ metres.

So if the ball is dropped from a height of 120 metres, then it rebounds to a height of $\frac{4 \times 120}{5} = 96$ metres.
