There are two options to advance slide after slide-directed time:

1. On Mouse Click : If you want to move to next slide on the click of the mouse. For this, someone has to manually click,then only slide advances.
2. Automatically After : If you select this, the transition to next slide happens automatically after the mentioned time. This time is in addition to slide-directed time and no manual clicks are required.
