$E = E^{⊖} + \frac{0.0591}{1} l o g \frac{[A g^{\oplus}]_{R}}{[A g^{\oplus}]_{L}}$
$= 0 + 0.0591 l o g 2 = 0.0591 \times 0.301 V$
