Solution

Buy of land =Rs. 480000

25×480000=Rs. 192000

Loss=6%

1006100×192000=Rs. 180480

Total gain=10%

100+10100×480000=Rs. 528000

S.P=528000180480=Rs. 347520

C.P of remaining part of land =35×480000=Rs. 288000

Gain% of remaining part of land =S.PC.PC.P×100

=347520288000288000×100

=20.6%

Hence, this is the answer.
