Let list price of the motor cycle $=$ Rs. $x$

The rate of Sales Tax $=10\%$

Now,the rate of Sales Tax will be $=\frac{10}{100}\times x=\frac{x}{10}$

Price including sales tax $=17600$

$\Rightarrow x+\frac{x}{10}=17600$

$\Rightarrow \frac{10x+x}{10}=17600$

$\Rightarrow 11x=17600$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{176000}{11}=16000$

Sale price of motor cycle will be Rs. $16000$.
