Alan has 15 water bottles.
Capacity of each of the 14 water bottles =500 mL
Quantity of liquid that can be stored in the 14 bottles =14×500=7000
Capacity of the remaining water bottle =750 mL

Total quantity of water that can be stored = quantity of water that can be stored in 14 bottles + quantity of water that can be stored in the remaining bottle
=7000+750=7750 mL
