a) Ethanol and Acetic acid reacts to form Ethyl acetate and water

C2H5OH+CH3COOHCH3COOC2H5+H2O

With Fehling's reagent, an aldehyde gives a brick-red precipitate, while ketone doesn't have any.

b) Silver mirror test and Fehling's test
