Solution

The correct option is A 5
The common days of cleaning their cars will be the common multiples of 4 and 6.

Multiple of 4 = 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60.
Multiple of 6 = 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60.
So, Common multiples (upto 60) = 12, 24, 36, 48, 60.

Therefore, 5 times both of them will clean their cars on the same day in next 60 days.
