Given,
Alex has 12 Blue and White shirts each.

Let A and B be two events of picking Blue and White shirt respectively.

Also, it is given that he does not replace the used shirt.

Probability of choosing White shirt first is P(B)=1224=12

Probability of choosing Blue shirt after White shirt is chosen is P(A)=1223

So, We have to calculate the probability that he first picks a white shirt then a blue shirt which is equal to P(E).

P(E)=P(B)×P(A)

P(E)=12×1223=623
