Number of chocolates = 14
Number of square pieces per chocolate = 8
Total number of square pieces in total chocolates = $14 \times 8$ = 112

Now we have to divide them between 9 cousins.

we get the remainder as 4 so it cannot be divided fully between 9 cousins as 4 will be left.

Each of them will get 12 square pieces.
