Height of Amay’s father = 190 cm

The height of Amay's father is twice the height of Amay.
So, Amay’s height will be half of his father = 190 ÷ 2 = 95 cm
Given that Alex is 10 cm shorter than Amay.
So, Alex’s height = 95 - 10 = 85 cm
