Mango pickle is made in the following way:

• Wash and cut raw mangoes into pieces
• Sun-dry the mango cubes
• Add salt and spices into it
• Add oil as well and mix thoroughly
• Fill the mixture into a sundried glass jar
• Store the pickle in a cool dry place.
