Mango pickle is made in the following way:

Wash and cut raw mangoes into pieces

Sun-dry the mango cubes

Add salt and spices into it

Add oil as well and mix thoroughly

Fill the mixture into a sundried glass jar

Store the pickle in a cool dry place.
