The correct option is B Two
Let sandwiches made by Ali,Ben and carla are x, y and z
x+y+z=20
Ben made 3 times as many as Ali
y=3x

Carla made twice as many as Ben
z=2y
z=2(3x)=6x

So x+y+z=20
x+(3x)+(6x)=20
10x=20
x=2

So y=3x=3×2=6 and
z=2y=6x=6×2=12

Sandwiches made by ali are x=2
Sandwiches made by Ben are y=6
Sandwiches made by carla are z=12
