Steps of Construction:
1) Draw diagonal AC of given length.
2) Draw the perpendicular bisector AC to meet AC at P.
3) With P as the centre and radius AP, cut arcs B and D on the perpendicular bisector.
4) Join AB, BC, CD and DA.
