These 4 isomers (alkenes) are possible for the molecular formula C₄H₈ which includes chain isomers like isomer- 1 & 4, geometrical isomers like isomer- 2 & 3 and position isomers like isomer- 2 & 4. But C₄H₈ doesn't show optical isomerism as it doesn't have any chiral carbon which means no carbon is making four bonds with four different groups.

Hence, option D is correct.
