We know that a bulb with greater power will glow more.

Power, $P = I^{2} R$

$P \propto I^{2}$ as bulbs are identical.

From the above circuit diagram, we can see that, bulb $A$ get more current than bulbs $B,C$ and $D$ .

Therefore, bulb $A$ will glow with maximum brightness .
