In benzene ring we can see both single bond and double bond. Bond length of single bonds are longer than double bond. But in benzene molecule all the CC bonds are equal in length. This is due to the resonance effect in benzene. The pi electron in benzene undergo delocalisation in ring and make all the bond identical.
