hi is the height of image
ho is the height of object

where n is the refractive index
i is angle of incidence
r angle of refraction
=>lens formula

=>power of lens,p=1/f(in m )
p=100/f(in cm)
=>power of combination of lens

=>magnification ,m=hi/ho
m=v/u
