The rank will start if number start form 1.
A number of 1x can be formed by taking last 4 digits from 8
So, number of ways =8C4=70
and for 2x it 7C4=35.
Of the form 23x is 6C3=20
and of form 24x is 5C3=10
For 97th number 1st two digit are 24
Now of form 245x is 4C2=6
i.e. its rank 70+20+6=96
or 97th number is of form 246x is 78
Number is 24678.
