All the things are made up of atoms . atom has the electrons in the outer having negative charge, then why no repulsing force is produced when two things are comes to contact with each other.

Repulsive force is present but the magnitude of force is verey very small (only effective upto certain nano metres)that the big things wont feel nuclear force
It is just like gravitational force .we all have attraction to other things as per gravitational law but its magnitude is so small that we cant experience the force
