The company should adopt the functional type of organisational structure.
The advantages of functional structure are as follows:
(i) Specialisation: When the activities are grouped according to the type of function then all the activities are related to one type only. So, the specialised and professional experts can be hired to supervise those activities. This leads to specialisation.
(b) Easy supervision: The supervisor becomes familiar with the type of task to be performed because all tasks are related to one function only. As a result he can supervise and guide the employees who are performing those activities.
(c) Efficient: As the works will be performed by specialisation and with proper supervision the work will be efficiently done.
(d) Trained employees: As there will be specialisation on the basis of work this will train the employees and make them experts in their field.
