Although a stone and the Earth attract each other with equal force, why do we observe that only the stone falls towards the Earth but not the Earth rising towards the stone? Explain.

To observe this we need to see the earth from the $stone.$ In other words the frame in which we reside always

appears in $rest$ so due to being observed from $earth$ itself we can't see it moving.
