Let total work be 100 units.
Amal’s one day work = $\frac{100}{10}$ = 10
Bimal’s one day work = $\frac{100}{8}$ = 12.5
One day work of all three together = $\frac{100}{4}$ = 25
Kamal’s one day work = 25 – (10 + 12.5) = 2.5
Total work done by Kamal = 2.5 x 4 = 10 units
Kamal’s share = $\frac{10}{100} \times 1000$ = Rs. 100
