The correct option is C 20 km/hr
If Aman cycles at a higher speed, he will reach his school in less time.
$∴$ This is a case of inverse proportion.
Using the formula for inverse proportion,
$S p e e d o f c y c l i n g \times T i m e r e q u i r e d = c o n s t a n t$
$\Rightarrow 10 \times 20 = S p e e d o f c y c l i n g \times 10$
$∴ S p e e d o f c y c l i n g = \frac{10 \times 20}{10} = 20 k m / h r$ .
