Solution

The correct option is A Binary fission
The process of reproduction, where the organisms reproduce without gamete formation is called asexual reproduction. Budding, binary fission, regeneration, budding etc are various modes of asexual reproduction. Amoeba reproduce by binary fission. When the nucleus gets matured, it starts dividing. By the complete division of the nucleus, the body of amoeba divides into two daughter amoeba. Thus, a single parent forms two daughter amoeba.
Multiple fission is similar to binary fission. The only difference is that in case of multiple fission, a single parent cell divides to form many new daughter cells at the same time.
