${C a C l}_{2}$ is an acidic salt.
$H_{2} {S O}_{4}$ is an acid.
$C a O$ is basic in nature and is known to absorb moisture.
Ammonia is a basic gas and in order to dry ammonia without any reaction we will prefer $C a O$ .
