So, H2CO3,CH3CO2H and H3BO3 are weaker acids than H3PO4.
Here H3PO3 and H3PO2 are stronger acids than H3PO4 due to restrictive resonance.
The number of stronger acids than H3PO4 is x=6

Monobasic CH3CO2H,H3PO2,HClO4,H3BO3,HNO3
H3BO3 is monobasic as it can accomodate one more OH ion to form [B(OH)4].
Dibasic H2CO3,H3PO3,H2SO4
Tetrabasic H4P2O7
y=5
So, xy=65=1.2
