Solution

The correct option is B [Rh(H2O)6]3+ and [Co(H2O)6]3+
For the complexes [Rh(H2O)6]3+ and [Co(H2O)6]3+, the oxidation states of the central metal ions is same.
The ligands are also same. But the effective nuclear charge of the metal ions is different.
The Zeff value of the [Rh(H2O)6]3+ complex is higher than that of [Co(H2O)6]3+
Hence, [Rh(H2O)6]3+ has higher value of Δo than [Co(H2O)6]3+ .
