The correct option is D (59,61)
A twin prime is a pair of prime number that is either 2 less or 2 more than the other prime number. Here both (15,17) and (19,21) differ by 2, but 15 and 21 are not primes. In the case of 7 and 11, even though they are primes their difference is not two. Hence the answer is (59,61) in which, both are both are prime numbers which differ by 2.
