Solution

BF3 shows Partial hydrolysis
4BF3+3H2OH3BO3+3HBF4
SiCl4 Undergoes hydrolysis readily.
SiCl4+4H2OSi(OH)4+4HCl
PCl5 Undergoes hydrolysis by addition-elimination mechanism.
PCl5+H2OPOCl3+2HCl
SF6 Inert towards hydrolysis.
SF6 is an inert, gas. Its inertness is due to the presence of sterically protected sulphur atom by six F atoms which does not permit the reactions like hydrolysis to take place.
So correct answer is 1
