Monochloro derivatives means the different types of ismoers formed after addition of chlorine atom.
For hexane, there is symetry of the structure at 3-4 bond so chloride can attach to first, second and third to give "3" monochloro derivatives.
2-methyl pentane, chloride can attach to any of the 5 root chain carbons to give "5" different monochloro derivatives.
2,3-dimethyl butane, there is symetry around 2-3 bond so chloride can attach to first and second carbon to give two different structure.
Answer is 2-methyl pentane.
