Number of kids not going to school =(8100)×30000=2400
Number of kids not going to school whose mothers had dropped out of school before completing primary education = 1800
Number of kids not going to school whose mothers had completed primary education = 2400 - 1800 = 600
From condition 2 as given in the question, we have
Number of kids from NE not going to school whose mothers had completed primary education = Number of kids from NE not going to school whose mothers had not completed primary education =(12)×600=300
From given condition 1, we have
Number of kids from S not going to school whose mothers had completed primary education = 0
Hence, number of kids from W not going to school whose mothers had completed primary education = 600 - 300 - 0 = 300
