The aqueous NaOH replace the acid hydrogen with Na+ ion. The acidic hydrogens are onewhich attached to oxygen atoms in carboxylic groups. The hydrogens in phenols also shows acidic nature which gives acidic nature of phenols than alcohols, because of resonance in phenol.
Hence, four replacable hydrogens.
