Total amount of fund collected $=$ Number of persons $\times$ Amount received by each person $=81\times 600=Rs.48600$

Now, total amount of fund collected remain same but the total number of persons gets reduced to $54$ from $81$.

So, Amount of fund each person will get $=\frac{\text{Total amount of fund collected}}{\text{Number of persons}}=\frac{48600}{54}=Rs.900$
